No. Because as long as he's still intimate with her (and sharing a living space is intimate)  he's not 100% available for a relationship with me and I have better things to do than to wait around for an unavailable man.

Plus, he's probably sleeping with her.

There are ways to get out of a lease (I've had friends who have done it when breaking up with their SO). If he really wanted out of the relationship and was really over her then he'd find a way to leave the house they shared. Otherwise he's not ready to move on yet and that's ok but it won't work in a relationship.

I had that before. My ex told me his ex still lived there cause it was cheaper to have her on the lease til he could find a new roommate. Come to find out he was still having sex with her and he got her pregnant. Only reason she moved out is when she found out about me..the same time I found out about her.
