For example. If a have a cute big bump on my 20 weeks it means my baby might be a little big too?

Nope... I get huge when I'm pregnant and both my babies were under 6 lbs and I know girls who were tiny and some that hardly even looked pregnant and had big babies.

I got absolutely huge with my daughter, she clocked in at a dainty 6lbs 8oz. Turned out to be a lot of water weight. Currently 26 weeks with my son, and although I started showing earlier I haven't got as big yet. We'll see in about 14 more weeks :)

I was measuring 37 weeks at 39. But my baby amazes measured big on the ultrasound, I always measure a week behind or more in the belly. I just had a 8lb4oz baby boy. My doctor guessed 6.5-7?

No. I didn't get very big with my first and my baby was a good size. A lot of it has to do with how many previous babies you've had, how tight your ab muscles are, how baby is positioned, etc.
