What age did you lose your virginity and do you regret it

I'm soon to be 20 and I'm still a virgin it's not a religious thing more of a "I'm a hopeless romantic and I'm waiting for the one" but I've noticed that I'm getting more restless lately and sometimes feel like i just want to get it over with but then idk I need opinions and stories lol
