Vitamins!

Hi! So this is my third pregnancy, I have a 4 year old and a 12 month old already and my energy level is low to keep up with my kids and daily activities. Does anyone on here take anything else other than prenatal vitamins? 
Also does anyone add protein powder (or any other powders) in their smoothies?
 Fruit/veggie Smoothies seem to work for me since food make me nauseous, but I lack protein which probably explains my low energy level.
