Pelvic Girdle Pain - are you suffering with it?

If you are, what are you doing to relieve it? I'm in pain ☹️

My doctor suggested a support belt, but it didn't offer much relief and made the rest of me super uncomfortable. She also suggested a modified child's pose for a few minutes at a time throughout the day and that has helped a ton. Basically, get on your hands and knees, and drop your head/chest to the ground leaving your butt as high up in the air as you can. The gravity helps lift baby up off of your pelvic floor which is causing the pain.

Yes awful pain 😩 I've been using KT ( kenisology tape) it helps. I picked mine up at Walgreens, but you can also order off Amazon. I like to tape my lower back, and my belly. I tape for that awful round ligament pain. I also like to wear a tight spanx over it to help support every thing when I have to go out to the grocery store. Way cheaper than one of those ugly support belts.
