10 weeks with horrible low back pain
The worst lower back pain I have ever had in my life. When I get out of been or change positions it feels like a Charlie horse in my back (sacrum area). Went to ER and everything is fine with baby. Not much treatment but Tylenol and hot /cold packs. I want to try acupuncture anyone have any suggestions ?? Been in bed for almost two days now.
