I need to start exercising but here's the thing...

I work 6 days a week. Mon - Wednesday I work 530-830am & 2-8pm. I have Thursday off. Friday I work 530-730am & 430-9 pm. Saturday & Sunday I work 430-9 pm. I don't sleep well. I need time to clean & relax (which I don't do much of). So, when am I supposed to workout?
