How long did you wait to have another child?

Just curious! My parents waited 8 years after my sister was born to have me. :)

My daughter and son are 21 months apart. I felt like that was the best gap for us. I got to enjoy the firsts with both my kids. With my daughter we enjoyed her first year completely then by the one I had my son my daughter was pretty independent so I really got to enjoy my son as a baby. We are now trying for baby 3 and the gap is going to be bigger. I just hope we get pregnant soon!!!

Have a 13 yr old boy and a 5 yr old girl. 8 1/2 yrs difference not by choice just unable to conceive in that time. Miscarried at 8 weeks 1 yr before carrying our daughter

My daughter is 7. We wanted to have another when she turned 5 but it hasn't happened yet. I had a miscarriage in July of last year and am currently waiting until the morning to see if I'm pregnant. Today my period is due and I took a test but couldn't tell if my eyes were playing tricks on me. Wish me luck

I want to wait at least until the first is out of diapers. Preferably closer to 4 years apart depending on life situation.
