HELP!!!

I am desperate. I am 19 years old amd my son is 9 months old. He was outside in his walker just playing and I ran into the garage to get a bottle of water. When I come back I notice a spray bottle on the ground I pick it up and it was BLEACH. My son isnt strong enough to squeze the handle, but I am not sure if he licked it or not. He was very slobbery when I returned. My mom told me not to worry but I am worrying. He is a little whiney which is unusual. Thats about it though. Should I take him to the hospital? Please no rude comments. I realize I should have never left him alone and I already feel horrible enough
