breasts are in agony

We have been ttc for 6 months now and I had a chemical pregnancy at 7 weeks last month. I was due af 4 days ago and am having exactly same symtoms as last month but been begging bfn every time. I have never ever had sore boobs except last month 2 days before getting my BFP. So confused right now 😔
