Menstrual cup?

I am curious about the menstrual cup sensation going on. So, Is it really worth it? If so, which brand would you send suggest?

I use a lunette cup and I love it! Never again shall a tampon enter my vagina and suck it dry! They are probably not for everyone though, you need to be comfortable with sticking fingers up there and stuff. I feel like I understand my period much more now though, and it feels much cleaner and there is no period smell!

I've only tried the diva cup. I haven't used tampons or pads since.

I LOVE my diva cup. I was skeptical at first but I was getting irritated skin from pads and tampons so I used one. It's so comfy I don't even feel it. It takes me less than 2 minutes I empty and reinsert it and it's so convienent since I throw it in my purse (in its bag) the week before my period just in case it starts early. I don't have to worry about not having anything and it's so much cheaper than pads and tampons. The first couple cycles were a learning curve so I did wear pads with it to learn when it was full and stuff but now I don't wear anything but the cup. It's very "free" feeling. I seriously love it and would recommend it to everyone.

My mom used Softcups (disposable) and feels the same way about them.

I have a lunette one & it definitely came in handy when i was having my period. I could leave it in an entire weekend & not worry about it since my cycles got so light
