Sex while pregnant?

I'm not pregnant, but my cousin is, and she expressed the concern about whether having sex while she was pregnant was healthy for her or  the baby.. Is it?

It's usually good for you. Unless you're high risk and your doctor says otherwise, go for it. Sex is good for keeping your muscles strong for the upcoming labor and maintaining a strong bond with your partner. Later in the pregnancy, it can even help to induce labor if the baby is ready.

Should be just fine unless doc said otherwise. My doc told me "don't stop having sex have fun because eventually you'll be bigger and it will be uncomfortable" lol
