help !!!!

So I am 7 weeks pregnant and this afternoon I experienced some light bleeding, this had since went away until now where I had a tiny bit more , I have been sick 6/7 times today and experiencing some light cramps with gurgling in my tummy! I have also visited the emerancy room where they said until it soaks a pad it's nothing to worry about anyone give me any advise ? Thank you
