Binge Recovery
So, me and my friend had a celebratory "weekend" (Thursday and Friday) and I completely binged out. I have been on a diet for a couple of weeks and I've lost about 10 pounds. I normally eat about 1000 calories a day and have been so proud of my weightloss. In the past two days, I've eaten between 2000/3000 calories a day and I feel awful. How can I recover from it and get back on track. My goal weight is 120 pounds. I am currently 140. I'm 5 foot 4
