so my 1st IVF cycle is about to be canceled 😭

Had my day 7 ultrasound and labs today. Nothing going on. Literally not ONE measurable follicle. So we're waiting until Monday, but at this point is seems pretty clear it's not happening. Please, someone tell me this has happened to them and then the next cycle things were better. I know I have diminished ovarian reserve, but to not get even one?!? I'm so angry and sad.
