Fish Oils in pregnancy?

Is it ok to take my fish oils still even though I'm 6weeks pregnant?

I was told to take omega 3 fish oil made by Nordic naturals by my doctor. She said it's great for brain development. She likes that brand cause they send their samples out to an independent testing facility to test for Mercury. Also I don't like seafood so I'm not getting any omega 3 from my diet.

My GP and obgyn both said not to, that they can cause bleeding. Check with your dr.
