dry downstairs ??

So sorry if this is TMI. 🙈🙉🙊

I  just would just like to know if it's normal to have a super dry vagina on the 2nd day of my fertile period? 
I'm usually regularly wet and I go through a lot of pantyliners because of that. But lately I've been suuuper dry and uncomfortable. I had sex yesterday and it was super painful to get my partners member into me, but once it was in, the sex was normal as ever. No pain? Pure pleasure? But the entrance itself was almost hellish.

Also it's been dry when I sleep and when I wipe after using the restroom, sometimes even when I'm horny it feels uncomfortable and dry. 😓

I just want to know if this happens to other women or if I should get checked out or any advice at all...?

There are lots of things that can cause dryness. Such as dehydration, medications, sickness, emotional stress, hormonal imbalance to name a few. Are you drinking enough water throughout the day? Taking a new medication? 
You should be ok but if it continues for a long period of time and is painful each time you might want to get an exam.
