Off Birth Control and No Period??

Question

I haven't taken my pill this month, due to my own forgetfulness of refilling my prescription. So I told myself I would take it again once I had my period. 
It has now been a little over a month since my last period, and pill.
I haven't had my period, or signs of my period.
What do I Do? Could I be pregnant? Or is there a delay?

The pill not only prevents pregnancy but it regulates periods so it could have been keeping you regular and now that you're off it your body is figuring things out. But take a test to calm yourself

It can take a few cycles to get your period back on your own after stopping birth control. I actually never got my period on my own after I stopped mine; I had to take progesterone to get my periods going. Of course there's always a possibility of pregnancy, so it's better to do a test to be sure before you restart the pills as birth control can affect a growing fetus.
