SAHM to 3 mo old: how do you get anything done?!

So I guess that whole phase of newborns sleeping all day is over! My productivity level has plummeted in the past 2 weeks lol. How do you ladies get things done around the house?? Or do you?? My son has just started playing with those suction toys in his little chair so that buys me some time lol.

SAHM of a 7 month old. You don't. But as long as they're happy and healthy then if the house is a mess it's okay.

I got a jumper for my son. Helped a ton. Or I'd let him cry if I needed to just load the washer, poop, or something quick. I couldn't hold him 24/7. But seriously. The jumper was amazing for short amounts at a time.

Toys toys toys! Anything that can distract them while you get things done. It gets easier from about 4/5 months as they can play by themselves for a lot longer. And you learn to whizz around like a mad woman haha! And split your tasks up throughout the week so you just do a few things a day. I find putting any washing on first thing in the morning helps, and I put the basket by the washing machine the night before so I can put it in when I'm making my coffee.

I honestly didn't until my son started working at ten months old.. now he keeps himself pretty busy. But I have no clue how super moms do it. I was USELESS. I was like "Oh, no job, I'm going to earn four degrees and learn two new languages." Lmao yeah right. I felt accomplished if I did a load of laundry and did some dishes in a day

My 2 month old hates being baby carried so I have to keep her somewhat entertained if I want to get anything done. 
I lay her on her acitivity mat and I have my phone playing nursery rhyme music while I fold laundry, vacuum, etc. That keeps her entertained for about 15-20 minutes. 
And I use her nap time to straighten up and do dishes. 
I feel accomplished if I get even 2 tasks done in a day. 
I'm constantly keeping her entertained and happy and fed. That's more important. I can't stand letting her cry.
