Ok so my anus is itch so bad outside and inside. I bleed when itch it. And I can't sleep. Because it itches it hurts when I poo if feels like when it comes out it feels painful. Idk what to do. I'm worried

Also I have to put vasline on it every night before I got to bed and it still itches sometimes
