thrush

Is it possible for me to have thrush and not my baby?  My nipples are fine while he eats but after they sting and are pink/red and shinny (just happened last night) I'm pretty sure I do have thrush because they also look white where the milk comes out.   But my babies tongue cheeks and gums are clean? And because it's the weekend I can't see our doctor till Monday 😩
