How do you wash fruit / veggies for homemade baby food?

For large things, I wash with soap and water and scrub it.

For blueberries, I just rinse with water. Is that all you do for berries and small food items?

They make a wash called "Fit Organic Fruit and Vegetable wash" that we use.  They use it at my store in the produce section so I decided to give it and try.  So far Imhave only done veggies that need to be peeled or are prewashed

Yep that's all I do... I put my strawberries in a big bowl of water with a dash of vinigar and maybe a dash of dish soap... and let them soak for anywhere from 10-30 min... you'll be amazed at the dirty water! I especially do this when I don't buy organic... which is half the time.. but yeah I usually just rinse like blue berries or whatever... maybe put a dash of soap and stir around with my fingers and rinse it well... if I'm in in a hurry just rinsing suffices lol

I never thought about washing them. I just throw the veggies in some boiling water, cook them, & blend.

No, I use an organic fruit and veggies wash. Water won't kill any germs.
I just fill the sink with lukewarm water and the soap and soak for a few mins.
