Stopped buying pregnancy tests, had an opk.

We've been TTC for over 4 years. Never tested positive before. 4 years of BFNs, so last month I stopped buying them. This month something seems different. Had light spotting 7 DPO. AF due Mar 15. On a whim took an opk tonight, can they detect pregnancy?
