PCOS and late ovulation?

I have only had egg white cm once in the last year of TTC but today on cycle day 22 I have some! While I know this is good it seems so late to have it. I have PCOS so my cycles are irregular and sometimes I need medication to get it to start. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
