pacifier graveyard

Valerie
Hello. I feel like there isn't an answer for this but I figured I'd see if there were any super resourceful mamas or some product I don't know about that exists...my baby sleeps great throughout the night. However he's a restless sleeper. He starts in one corner, rolls, thrashed, and moves to every corner, facing every which way, etc. As a result, his pacifiers often get pushed through the slats of the crib and end up underneath his crib in what I like to call the pacifier graveyard. We have to contort weird ways to get to these out from underneath the crib. He likes to sleep with them and can put them in on his own, but sometimes they fall out and end up underneath the crib. Is there any safe way of preventing this from happening? I thought mesh bumpers on the outside of the crib? I know even those aren't supposed to really be used in the crib. TIA.
