Fitness fanatics??ππ
I want to get into shape!! I'm 17 and of a petite build (5ft tall) and I'm finding that I'm putting weight on quite easily at the moment as I used to be very active but not anymore. I'd like to get into running/jogging as I used to do it when I was younger, but I don't know how to get myself into the routine and get my fitness up to be able to do so. At the moment I have quite a free schedule as I've just finished school and won't be going to university until September, so now is an ideal time to start!! Can anyone give me tips on diet and building up fitness to lose a bit of weight and become healthier?π
