Last period mess up, can anyone relate?

Before I started my last period, I had accidentally skipped the last pill of week 3 and took the first sugar pill by mistake. I took the last hormone pill of week 3 the next day in place of the sugar pill that I took the day before. Because of that, my period started a day late (or so I think that's why). What do you think? Any helpful insight is appreciated! Thank you!
