Pink roast beef- worried

So I went out for dinner and had roast beef which was also covered in gravy. Half way through eating I noticed the beef was pink and even had a little tinge of blood. I didn't eat it anymore and took it home for my dog but I'm worried because I've always been careful and heard meat needs to be cooked right through. I'm 27 weeks and how worried about my little one. Can anyone shed any light?😔
