Okay, my boyfriend and I are wanting to have a threesome with this girl we know and I'm hella down, but I'm nervous. We're 16 and aren't really alone much, so I'm scared we will get caught of that something will go wrong... But I really want it. Does anyone have any advice for how we should go about it?

First off, you are so young... this will probably ruin you relationship. 
Second, if you two don’t have a lot of alone time, finding alone time for 3 people will be nearly impossible. 
Thirdly, you need to make sure everyone involved is comfortable if you are going to do it. And a rushed, cramped experience isn’t going to be a good experience. 
Aka, I’d wait until your older and just with a fwb or in a really serious committed relationship where you know each other super well. And I’d wait until your older and can create a comfortable, safe, and open environment.
