DHA in prenatals?

I just found out I was pregnant last week so I bought some prenatals. They don't have DHA. Is this okay? Or do I need to get different ones? I'm so confused about all of this 😂

DHA just does extra. So you don't need it. I like taking it. It helps prevent deformities and just boosts your baby's health. If you I don't want to go buy new prenatals you can buy just DHA. I buy off brand prenatals with DHA at Walmart for cheap

It promotes brain development so I make sure to find one with it. Most only have 50mg whereas 200mg is recommended. The One a day prenatals have it and don't have you sick!

DHA isn't necessary but your doctor will recommend it. It promotes brain development for the baby among other things. I'd say just finish the bottle you have and buy the DHA ones when you're out.
