My husband and I have been trying for about 15 months and I finally started getting some positives! I'm so extremely nervous as I've had 3 CPs and I just want to be able to stay pregnant. Any advice?

Update- AF started a few days after all those tests. My blood work came back negative. My doctor started me on metformin and clomid and I should be ovulating in about 3-4 days. Hoping for good luck and baby dust!
