5dpo and cramping

As the title says I am currently 5dpo. I spotted brown from the 26/05 - 29/05 I got a positive ovulation on 30/05. I dtd on the 28/05 and from 30/05 - 02/06... I've been cramping as though AF is about to arrive for the last day or 2. Could this be a good sign?

Has anyone gone through this as had a good outcome?

Also ive been bloated after my main meal and it's really uncomfortable.

Do opks pick up on pcos? I haven't been diagnosed or anything but I curious as to why I got a positive opk after what should have been my 'period'
