Sleep Advice

Cassie
My son is just over 2 weeks old. At night he falls asleep while I'm breastfeeding but he wakes up crying just a few minutes after I put him down in his Halo bassinet, whether I put him down immediately after he's done eating or if I delay doing so by 30 minutes. He can sleep in my arms for hours at a time, but I don't want this to develop into a habit. He will use a pacifier for a few minutes to soothe himself but then he repeatedly spits it out after about 5 minutes. He also doesn't like to be swaddled - He almost always gets his arms out. Also, he is able to roll over onto his side so I don't want his arms restricted. Any advice about getting him to stay asleep, without needing to be held? Thanks in advance!
