Is it safe to eat hot pockets while pregnant?

What about hot pockets would make you think they're unsafe to eat while pregnant? The list of off limit foods is pretty small. Don't eat raw or undercooked meat, shellfish, or eggs. Don't eat high mercury fish. Don't eat deli meat unless heated because of listeria risk.

Oh yeah!! I lived off of ham and cheese hot pockets for like a whole month, I swear! As I was getting out of my nausea/morning sickness stage, that's all I could keep down!

Obviously not the healthiest choice but if that's what baby wants then eat away.  I survived off those for about a month with my first since it was all I could keep done besides breakfast shakes.

Girl I'm living off of ramen noodles because it's the only thing that won't make me feel like death . I don't get sick , but my stomach cramps up and all hell breaks loose . 🤦🏻‍♀️  I still eat fruits and veggies though !

Anything but alcohol or tobacco.  But. Try to eat a healthy balance with fruits and veggies
