Working out after c section
I had a c section a year ago (went by so fast!!) this coming Wednesday and I just started working out at the gym. I know, shame on me. I should've started sooner. Anyways, I worked my belly muscles for the first time on Thursday and it still hurts sooo bad. Only around my scar. Is this normal? I know I pushed it but I didn't think it would hurt this bad!
