Are spermicide condoms (always) and pulling out (always) enough protection?

Me and my partner have it about once a week or two and we use spermicide condoms and he always pulls out. Is that enough?

I'm curious as to why people voted no. You're using condoms with spermicide and he's not even finishing inside you. You're good.
