not sure what's going on?

A few times today by 7 month old will drink his bottle and then start crying uncontrollably. He has a cold so I don't think that helps much, but anyone know why he might be doing this? It hurts me to watch him cry. He won't accept the bottle back either. It happened 2 times today

Ear infection? It can hurt to suck when they have an ear infection.

Is he stuffed up? When my son has a cold I always use saline drops a few minutes before a bottle. Or he could be teething and sucking is making it feel worse. Maybe try freezing some and putting it in a mesh feeder.
