Tummy Issues?

TMI... But... Anyone been dealing with diarrhea? Like every 2-3 days! I feel like I'm constantly having to keep barely hydrated. 
I am lactose intolerant, so I make sure to avoid that...

Yes!! I had it for a week when i hit 30 wks and had hemorriods. I thought it was bcz i ate cereal everyday so i cut back. My doc said its normal and to stay hydrated. Im 31 wks now and it seems like it has stopped.

Totally normal with high progesterone in pregnancy. If you are prone to diarrhea while on your period, it's because of the high progesterone during that period too. Stay hydrated, fiber to help bind stools!
