Feeling disappointed

So my cycle has been off lately...i bleed at beginning of May for 3 days, had 2 days of spotting at end of May an then bright red blood appears tonight....could it be implementation bleeding, i dont remember all this 9 yrs ago when I had my son???? Help anyone!!
