I have a headache, I feel dizzy and out of it and my finger tips are tingling

I would try drinking some water and eating a little snack, waiting like 45 minutes or so and see how you feel. Maybe your blood sugar is low? If you still don't feel well I would go to the ER. But I'm no doctor, just a suggestion. If you feel like there's an emergency and something is really wrong, trust your instincts

A few months ago Imi was so dizzy every single day for 3 weeks. It felt like I couldn't breathe and my vision was getting blurry. It felt like I was going to pass out. I don't know if you have any of the same things or if your ER is any better than the one where I live but they didn't do anything for me. They did a Saline drip and gave me some pills for dizziness, which didn't work, and then they doctor asked if I was just High🙄😂 anyway I chalked it all up to be a super bad anxiety attack. I have anxiety and I was super stressed out but there was nothing abnormal with my blood work or anything. You should go to get checked out though.
