Severe nausea
So aunt flow started today, and my cramps have been worse than they have been in the past. Last month I could barely move the first day. This month I've been very nauseous leading up and then continuously nauseous today. Someone please help. 😭 I have no idea how to deal with this, and I'm nervous since it's so abnormal.
