Is it okay to only have a period one or two days a month..?

My periods have never been regular but its never been this short until a few months ago. I missed my period for over a year and I've seen 5 gynecologists and they all say I'm healthy. They all wanted me to try taking the pill which I started taking about 5 months ago and 4 months ago my period finally came back but it only stays a day or so and it's always really light. Most of the time it's just spotting.
