I like the ideas about photos and personal stuff. We have a collage of maternity photos (did it on shutterfly so it's an 11X14 photo collage that we framed; we have a framed cross-stitch (his name and birth details) and when they get older, you can buy canvas really cheap and buy acrylic paint to match the room and they create fun art.

If you haven't already get some wooden letter and paint them whatever other colors your doing for her nursery and put up a copy of your ultrasounds and a picture of her when she's born.

First: I love this nursery. It's beautiful. 
Second: I think with the sun mirror on the wall next to an art collage may be too much or take away from it. Maybe shelves with a book or two, a picture frame of the family, or even some small stuffed animals may look nice. Just my opinion though. Love to see the finished product.
