I was in Wellbutrin 150 mg for two weeks and then was put on 300 mg and it's been a week and a day. I'm on birth control and I've never had an issue with spotting even previous to being on birth control but when I started the 150 mg unnoticed some slight cramping. I chalked it up to just finishing my period and being extremely stressed out. Two days ago I had cramping again (I figured maybe it was my bowels because I have a lot of digestive issues I'm still working to figure out). I went to the bathroom and noticed I was spotting. I'm not pregnant, I've already confirmed that and knew that before I took a test anyways. I'm extremely good about my BC pill as neither my boyfriend or I want kids. I was doing research and it seems like a lot of women had spotting issues while on Wellbutrin. Is there anyone else that's had a similar issue with the same or same type of medication? My doctor isn't in today but I'm going in to see her tomorrow  as this is not normal for me!
