I quit in December and my previous employer sent my W2 but I never received my check. I went in multiple times, speaking to multiple managers each time. They all told me they would call payroll and then mail me my check or email me to let me know if it was cashed. Keep in mind, i'm 16 and i'm pretty sure they didn't take me seriously. So, it's been 6 months and i moved in with my dad, which he called them today. The first thing they said was they are going to mail it to his address right away. It was going to be on a MyPay card so i didn't require a bank account, but would i still be able to cash it under the circumstances?
