Pregnancy Support Belts!
Have any women in the UK had any experience with wearing a pregnancy support belt?
I have been in and out of A&E this past week and I either have kidney stones, gall stones or muscle and nerve pain.
I've rang the physiotherapy unit and they've told me I need a support belt, I'm just quite nervous to try it incase it's very uncomfortable. Does it actually help?
