Pimples?

I keep getting brake outs on my pelvic area. They sometimes hurt and can't always be popped. What is wrong?

If they're on the inside of your labia, hold vinegar on them for a few minutes and if there's a color change then go get tested. If they're where you grow hair and you shave then try Vaseline. It might burn but it should help make them go away faster.

It's it's in thigh on right on the top of ur cooch, its most likely ingrown hairs, razor burn or irritation from ur hair growing if u shave.
If they are really painful and more on your lips or inside lips... Could be a herpes breakout.

Not trying to be wierd but could they be ingrown hairs and not pimples?

Otherwise the only thing that I would think was that something was irritating your skin like laundry detergent or such
