I found out a couple months ago I didn't ovulate... even though I had a positive OPK. The next month I was put on Letrozole...got another positive opk and progesterone levels showed I ovulated but it was just high enough. All these months of getting positive opks and I don't even know if I ovulated. Will tracking my bbt show I definitely ovulated or will it be like an opk...say I did even if I didn't?
