am I missing something

So me n fiancé have been together for 11 yrs And have 3 amazing boys.. so we planned to have a court house wedding this yr and a big one in two yrs due to funds .. so I save the money for our marriage licenses his week  and didn't say nothin about it cause I knew if I thought about it we would use it for something and I didn't want to spend it.... so today I go n get it and surprise him he gets mad🤔😲😡. What did I miss?  So he said I lied about having money or I did something to get it( sexual wise) and that's not even my thing... I work 5 days a week and a part time job on the week ends he takes me to all . when I'm off I'm sleep cause I work over nite my phone send him my location cause I have it on like that... so what could it really be ?
