I feel like I'm overreacting !!!

I decided to take a pregnancy test today. Ive been TTC for 2 years now and with test work done and certain pills this happened to me today. I had to pee really bad so i was in a hurry the lines didnt show up rite away but once i tilted the stick upward they appeared like that should i retake another one to be on the safe side or am i finally expecting ?????
